Nestled at 2 The Parade, Vale Rd, this charming restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or just a quick bite.

One of the highlights of Prazeres is the rich selection of dishes, from sweet treats to savory options. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with a traditional Egg or a freshly baked Bagel. If you’re in the mood for something a little sweeter, the Candy and Cannoli will surely hit the spot. Don’t miss the iconic Pastel De Nata - a crispy, creamy Portuguese pastry that’s a real crowd-pleaser. Pair it with a Cup of Coffee or one of their exceptional Teas, and you've got yourself the perfect start to the day.

For lunch, Prazeres offers a variety of delectable options, including the hearty Picadinho de Carne, a traditional Portuguese dish that’s both filling and flavorful. If you’re looking for something lighter, the Chestnut or a refreshing Bagel might be the perfect choice. The restaurant also boasts a great selection of drinks to complement your meal, including Sagres Beer, Budweiser, and of course, a range of delicious coffees to keep you energized.

I come here to buy EVO, teas, cheeses and cakes. On the odd occasion I have their sandwiches. Really helpful staff and friendly, they make me feel at ease especially answering questions relating to products. Will definitely order more from them.

The friendliest Portuguese cafe I have ever been to, the hub of the community. I bring my 95 year old Portuguese father here, he adores it, a little taste of Portugal.

I visited Cafe Prazeres for the first time today - as a takeaway customer. I was greeted and served by the lady at the counter who I later understood to be the owner - Pauline. Pauline ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ shown great interpersonal skills and made me feel extremely welcome. The choice and quality of products available were very good indeed. I will certainly return and would recommend Cafe Prazeres on the basis of product, quality & professional and welcoming service I can only give 4 starts on Food and Atmosphere as I was a take away customer only on this occasion… My only observation and not a criticism but a recommendation: I wish that Cafe Prazeres was dog friendly indoors, as I had to leave my pooch in the car, this may be something for consideration as more and more establishments this day and age are becoming 100% dog friendly (dogs allowed indoors and outdoors if seating available outdoors of course), there is for sure a market out there for “dog friendly places” specially as we live in Surrey and a large number of the residents in Surrey own a dog….anyway all in all a very positive visit and I look forward to return for more yummy goodies maybe with my dog
